Newborn Sleep

Newborn babies are physiologically programmed to wake frequently and rarely sleep for more than 4 hours at any one stretch. To a new parent this sleep pattern may seem irregular and unpredictable but this is perfectly normal and a baby's periods of sleep will get more predictable and longer as they grow and develop.

This 1:1 consultation can help any expectant or new parent gain a better understanding of infant sleep and learn  some ways for promoting healthy sleeping patterns as their baby grows and develops.
