EMOTIONAL REGULATION IN PREGNANCY & BEYOND

Pregnancy is a great time for really thinking about who you are, what kind of life experience has got you to this place, what your feelings, dreams and aspirations are for your baby, and for what kind of mother, you will or won’t become. It’s also a time to restore balance and bring calm to your life.

Participants are invited to complete a feelings, thoughts and emotions journal for a week before attending this workshop. The journal will be sent out to each participant upon booking.


EXPLORATION:

’How do I feel in my body? And who I am inside?’

  • The HPA Axis and emotional regulation

  • Understanding how we regulate our emotions & how we cope with stress 

  • The impact of stress on an unborn child.

ACTIVITY:

  • Feelings, thoughts and emotions journal discussion.

  • Developing an emotional toolbox

RESTORING BALANCE:
