NURTURE The Retreat

A 6- hour creative, informative and relaxing weekend workshop for expectant mothers and their partners (or birth partners) to attend together. 

From 25 weeks gestation until birth.

£200 per couple

This workshop is designed to;

  • support the emotional and psychological transition into parenthood

  •  increase knowledge and skills about newborn communication and capabilities

  • increase knowledge and skills about infant crying and infant sleep

  • develop knowledge and confidence with infant soothing and settling techniques

  • learn specific relaxation, mindfulness and meditation techniques to ease stress and anxiety.

Please note that this workshop does not include specific information about the mechanics of birth and labour OR breastfeeding. Book onto our:

NURTURE Breastfeeding ( 2 week course) £40

 Time: 9.30am-3.30pm

Lunch is not provided but refreshments will be served throughout. 


Maximum of 14 participants.

*This course is also suitable to be delivered on a 1:1basis at home by Karen Ditchfield with 3 individual  2 hour sessions. Please get in touch to discuss availability.
