The Peaceful Mother Circle provides a dedicated time for any mother to relax, reflect and restore balance through discussion, mindfulness, meditation and art.

During each blissful workshop, Karen gently guides the group on a journey of exploration, self-discovery and rejuvenation, providing a safe and welcoming space to reflect upon the challenges of motherhood and mothering.
